My order has arrived but there is something missing. What should I do?

When there is an order with multiple products included, we aim to consolidate all the products in as few boxes as possible. However, in some cases, we may still need to ship some products separately.

First, check the status of your order. If your order states that it still has not shipped, then it is in multiple boxes and is still on the way.

Once all the items of your order are completed and shipped, then your order page will reflect this.
