Can I use the Event Tent on a deck? I won't be able to stake it.

You surely can as long as it is not windy. We would strongly recommend however that you purchase the optional sandbags. The sand bags are not very large so they don't have a lot of weight filled, so if it gets very windy, we recommend to exercise good judgment and fold it up if the environment warrants.
