My order arrived but it's not at all what I expected. What can I do?
Please contact us within ten days of receipt of your order. To do so please send an email with the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. A technical manager will review your issue and get in touch with you. When you email please be sure to include the order number and images of the specific issue with the order.
