Simply reach out to our Support Team and we will look to facilitate your request. Please attach a copy of your NYS Tax Exemption or NYS Resale Certificate to the form. We can then remove the sales tax off your account or off a particular order. However, please note that we do not retroactively reimburse sales taxes on orders placed more than 30 days ago.
