If there is an issue with your order please contact us within ten days of receiving your order at complaints@4over4.com. Please be as descriptive as possible concerning what the issues with the product are. Feel free to also include any pictures that clearly depict the problem. We may request that you return the entire order before we can issue any refunds or reprints, especially if the issue stems from our end of production. This would include the wrong size, wrong shape, wrong product, wrong paper, etc. Once you send in the complaint someone will reach out to further address the issue.
