If the order has not been authorized yet for production, you can edit the details of the order from your account. This includes being able to change the quantity, paper type, shipping address, etc.. Please note that if you edit the quantity, you will have to recalculate your shipping as the weight or price may change. For orders that have already been authorized for production or are in production, you will need to contact our support team directly via live chat or email us at Support@4over4.com you can also call our office at718-932-2700 to see if it is still possible to make a change. We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is finalized.
