Please, contact us within ten days of receipt of your order. To do so please send an email with the order number to email@example.com. A technical manager will review your issue and get in touch with you. When emailing please include your order number and images of the issue with the product. If the issue stemmed from our end and cannot be resolved through a reprint then we will issue a refund. This is granted that we receive the product returned to us.
